This week, Save Art in TAFE petition founder Penny
Ryan handed petitions with 35,000 signatures to shadow minister for education
and training Carmell Tebbutt outside NSW State Parliament House, Macquarie Street, Sydney on
Wednesday. The petition artwork placard was not allowed into the parliament
forecourt but the 23,000 paper signatures were admitted to parliament for
